• Providing consultancy service to the employers on Corporate law and representing them at Courts,
• Performing company establishment procedures,
• Performing Mergers, Acquisitions and Operations Divisions,
• Performing Dissolution and Liquidation,
• Making the necessary amendments to the Articles of Association,
• Performing the capital increase transactions,
• Deciding and registrating the shareholders or the Board of Directors decision,
• Establishing and registrating the General Assembly and
• Drafting the commercial contracts such as procurement, leasing, know-how, copyright, license, franchise and distributorship.
