  • Providing consultancy service to the employers on Labor Law and representing them at Courts,
  • Providing consultancy service about criminal and legal liabilities with regard to the occupational accidents and diseases and conducting the required works for the fulfillment of the relevant obligations,
  • Updating and/or re¬drafting employment contracts and performing the related procedures,
  • Drafting reports, defence request letters, notices and notifications of termination,
  • Bringing actions for fixing of period of services,
  • Following the litigation process against the Social Security Institution and
  • Filing of the mobbing claims.
